Classes and Workshops
We offer inclusive dance classes and workshops for all ages and experience levels.
CHILDREN'S CLASSES
Children's Classes provide students with the opportunity to learn dance in a welcoming, joyful, and non-competitive environment. We offer classes for ages 2-8 in the styles of Creative Movement, Ballet/Tap, Ballet/Jazz, and Hip Hop. All of our age groups are invited and encouraged to perform with their class in our Spring Showcase each year!
ADULT CLASSES
Adult Classes are designed to be appropriate for recreational and professional intermediate-to-advanced dancers ages 18 and up. We are proud to have a highly skilled faculty at SDDT, including many esteemed local artists and SDDT Company Dancers, who create a supportive atmosphere in the studio.
SUMMER WORKSHOP
Summer Workshop is a 2-week experience that takes place in July, and offers aspiring professional dancers in our community an opportunity to train with respected teaching artists, and to perform in a Showcase that culminates the workshop experience. Thanks to generous donations from members of our community, we are able to offer up to $10,000 in scholarships to dancers who audition for the program, therefore removing the financial barrier to quality dance training.
WINTER WORKSHOP
Winter Workshop is a mini-series of specialty classes that we offer in January for 3 consecutive days. The intention of this workshop is to give dancers an opportunity to remain engaged in their training and community connections while our regular Adult and Aging Creatively classes are on a short break.

SDDT does not offer refunds for recurring plans. Payments are processed every 30-days and plans must be canceled before the monthly charge.
