Service Description

This class will be geared toward intermediate level dancers, and will incorporate movement reflecting repertoire of San Diego Dance Theater. Movers are tasked with technical aesthetics, floor stretch with Yoga basis, alignment awareness, and dynamic phrase work. Through humor, metaphor, and the absolute joy of movement, dancers will be reminded of their love of dance while considering wellness through movement.
