Service Description
Moving, flowing, breathing: body-mind exercises utilizing chair and mat work will restore balance and harmony, as well as increase strength, flexibility, and alignment. Classes will include variations of Pilates, Gyrokinesis®, stretching, and other somatic work. Please Note: Amal Elwardi will teach this class until Kathryn returns from a short teaching break.

Cancellation Policy
While it's strongly preferred that you arrive to class on time out of consideration for the instructor and other participants, we have a 10-minute arrival window, meaning that class will be officially closed 10 minutes after the start time. To cancel or reschedule, please log into your account to manage your bookings or contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class to communicate the change. A refund is not guaranteed for cancellations within 24 hours of your class, for no-shows, or in cases of late arrivals that exceed 10 minutes.
