Service Description

The class will include a warm-up, movement that incorporates foundational modern principles and technique, and will conclude with phrase work to pull it all together. We will be exploring fluidity, musicality, alignment, awareness, fun, and efficiency. This class is designed for dancers looking for low stakes technique and some room to explore their own approach to movement.
