Service Description

Tuesday: Expressive Breath Sourcing the fluid breath that nourishes from within, we expand our authentic expression into choreography, curating consciousness to awaken ease of movement and freedom from limitations in body-mind-spirit coordinated presence. Wednesday: Allowing Gravity to Slice Through Emphasizing how movement and balance are influenced by gravitational forces, we build from breath into an exploration of physical stability and mobility to enhance an embodied connection to our environment. Thursday: The Whirling Heart Reciprocal spirals, or spirals within spirals, from blood momentum and heart formation, to fingerprints and galaxies demonstrates nature’s mode of endurance; support made visible through structural harmony. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Born in Casablanca, Morocco, Amal Elwardi received her BFA at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor before furthering her professional career as an Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Fellow in New York City.
