Service Description

Lauren’s teaching style is focused on finding efficiency, fluidity, and ease of movement in pathways that move through the space and in and out of the floor. Her class draws from codified modern techniques, including Limón and Release-based techniques, as well as ballet, yoga, and contemporary floorwork styles. Her class usually includes improvisational prompts for centering and warming up, structured exercises for technique building and alignment, and phrasework that is often momentum-driven, off-centered, and grounded. Encouraging joy within the movement is her ultimate goal.
